Incredible Carbon

Sustainable fertilizer brand that uses biochar—a carbon-based material that enhances soil health by improving structure, aeration, water retention, and nutrient absorption. The brand positions itself as a regenerative solution for modern agriculture, working with nature rather than against it.

Challenge

Create a visual identity for a sustainable, fungi-based packaging brand that feels innovative, natural, and trustworthy — without relying on clichés.

Solution

I designed a visual system combining deep carbon textures, vibrant plant greens, and organic illustration to narrate the product’s journey from soil to growth.  The logo evolution focused on simplifying the mark while making it more adaptable and reflective of carbon’s role. I also created a set of storytelling illustrations to demonstrate product benefits visually and added brand mockups to show real-life application.

Result

The result is a cohesive and compelling brand identity that clearly communicates Incredible Carbon’s values—sustainability, innovation, and ease of use. The new visual system balances natural textures with a modern, professional tone, making the brand feel both trustworthy and approachable. With a flexible logo, refined color palette, and story-driven illustrations, the brand is now visually prepared to grow across packaging, digital platforms, and marketing materials. The identity sets a strong foundation for the next phase: a website that reflects the same clarity, confidence, and connection to nature.
